PIXCERA COLLECTIONS SELECTED BY OUR CURATORS:

far_andco, also known as Titirat Vis, is a  Thai feminine artist who presents her artworks through a fusion of images and materials. The selection of colors and distinctive paper properties emphasizes both the tactile experience and visual perception.
 

In her workspace, she needs light to cut and paste her artworks. She is also drawn to the weather, light, sound, and touch. These sensory experiences can sometimes overwhelm her sensitivity, but they also bring sensations to the surface, like listening to stirring music, crying during touching movies, and feeling secure by petting fluffy textures. She notes these connections in her journal.
 

To cherish and memorialize these sensory experiences, she recreates tiny, consoling, tinkling objects, especially those related to flower elements, connecting forms, and clusters of colors. She now believes in the power of rewriting life's story through art and writing, and she is learning how to share these experiences with others.

2017: Distinguished Prize in the "Young Thai Artist Award 2017 by SCG Foundation" for the "SPACE" collection of photographic collages.
2017: "Best Art Thesis Exhibition 2017 by Bangkok Bank" for the "Get Glow, Get Old" collection of newspaper collages, curated and exhibited at the Queen's Gallery, Bangkok.
2023: Awarded by DEXEMBELL at the "Bangkok Illustration Fair 2023" for the "Handnimagy" collection, which was exhibited with a curator's review and sold exclusively at Nuunu KYOTO.
 

Title: The circle of 'HANDNIMAGY'

Concept:

This collection explores the interplay of circular weather patterns, mental notes, and flower motifs, emerging from Artist 's self-reflective journaling in 'HANDNIMAGY.' The narrative unfolds through five distinct hand characters, each representing different aspects of the artist's introspective journey.

The story is narrated through 5 hand characters: Feeb, Fobie, Raino, Colamy, and Fersept. Her collection consists of five artworks, ”CARING FEEB’S CALLED,“ ”FOBITO KEEP CIRCLING AND CIRCLING,“ ”RAINO LOVE FRESH VEG AND ALSO FRIES,“ ”COLAMY WORRIED IN THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL,“ and ”TAME THE MONSTER THE FERSEPT.“
